The ex-Kentucky stockbroker pleaded guilty to investment fraud and multiple counts of wire fraud earlier this year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hibbard, who worked 18 years in the industry, has 14 disclosures on his <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/brokercheck.finra.org\/individual\/summary\/3176484\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BrokerCheck record<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, including several pending customer disputes.
