This investor suffered losses in real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.investorlawyers.com\/non-trade-or-privately-traded-reits.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">non-publicly traded investments<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The claimant, who is a retiree, suffered up to $500K in investment losses, which he is seeking in damages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Securities America broker, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/brokercheck.finra.org\/individual\/summary\/1619835\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alan Duane Douglass<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, was this claimant\u2019s financial advisor.
