The company\u2019s sponsor SRC-NI, proposed merger target Momentus Inc., and the latter\u2019s ex-CEO Mikhail Kokorich are also facing charges.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The regulator is accusing them of making misleading claims to investors about the target\u2019s technology and national security risks involving Kokorich. While the Commission\u2019s lawsuit against Kokorich will continue to move forward, the other parties reached settlements with the regulator.
