The ex-broker is being accused of enriching himself and The Parking REIT since 2012.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He purportedly did this by causing financial harm to Vestin Realty Mortgage I and Vestin Realty Mortgage II, two of the real estate investment trusts that he founded.
