The private placements from GPB Capital Holdings were recommended by an investment advisor via the TD Ameritrade AdvisorDirect<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ae<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Referral Program.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.investorlawyers.com\/gpb-capital-holdings-background-information.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPB Capital Holdings LLC<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is accused of operating an over $1.7B Ponzi scam that defrauded over 17,000 investors.
