According to the regulator, Velissaris allegedly overvalued assets by over $1B while \u201cpocketing\u201d tens of millions of dollars in fees.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is bad news for investors who were marketed and sold the<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.investorlawyers.com\/blog\/infinity-q-iqdax-fund-stops-suspensions\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Infinity Q Diversified Alpha<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mutual fund and the Volatility Alpha private fund by broker-dealers and their financial advisors.
