Also named as respondents but who were not ordered to pay damages are two former ex-LPL financial advisors. Antonio Reyna is now a Securities America broker in Texas, and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/brokercheck.finra.org\/individual\/summary\/1680275\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Edward Bruce Miller<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is currently registered with Financial Resources Group Investment Services in South Carolina.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is the investors\u2019 second FINRA arbitration case against <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.investorlawyers.com\/lpl-financial.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LPL Financial<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. They are alleging unauthorized trading, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract. Financial Resources Group and LPL were both ordered to pay over $1.6M in compensatory damages and nearly $850K in the claimants\u2019 legal fees.
