There Is Still Time To Pursue Damages For Broker-Dealer Negligence<\/strong><\/p>\n

A judge has appointed a receiver to liquidate GPB Capital Holdings. The person who has been assigned that role is Joseph Gardemal of Alvarez & Marsal, who has been serving as the court-appointed monitor of GPB Capital Holdings since 2021. In a letter to GPB Fund investors<\/a>, Gardemal said that he will submit a plan to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York\u00a0by January 22, 2024, and\u00a0he intends to start distributing assets as soon as he can after the plan is approved.<\/p>\n
