The claim alleges that Centaurus brokers misrepresented these illiquid, high-commission junk bonds as safe investments while failing to disclose the immense risks and red flags associated with the now-bankrupt alternative asset firm.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finra.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FINRA<\/a> arbitration, our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.investorlawyers.com\/gwg-holdings-losses-gwg-l-bonds-investors-how-do-you-recover-you.html\">L Bond loss recovery attorneys<\/a>\u00a0are representing a group of investors in pursuing up to $1M in damages from Centaurus Financial. The Claimants had no experience with private placements.
