FINRA\u2019s investigation, which began last year, sought to determine whether he violated his ex-employer\u2019s policy by being named in the estate documents belonging to the elderly investor.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\"><br class=\"\" \/>Without denying or admitting to FINRA\u2019s allegations Studer agreed to the sanction.
