Pryor $357K related to purportedly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investorlawyers.com\/investor-claims\/broker-misconduct\/unsuitability\/\">unsuitable housing and energy investments<\/a>. In his securities fraud claim, Pryor alleged <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investorlawyers.com\/investor-claims\/broker-misconduct\/omissions\/\">negligent misrepresentation<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investorlawyers.com\/investor-claims\/broker-misconduct\/failure-to-supervise\/\">negligent supervision<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investorlawyers.com\/investor-claims\/broker-misconduct\/breach\/\">breach of fiduciary<\/a>, and other causes. Wells Fargo denies Pryor\u2019s allegations.<\/p>\n<p>His advisor, Jeff Wilson, who was not named as a party in the securities arbitration case, has three customer disputes on his BrokerCheck record. One of the other claims that were settled for $250K also allegedly involving unsuitable investments.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Unsuitable Investments<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Not every investment is suitable for every investor. Some investments may too be risky for certain investors or are not in alignment with their investment goals or financial needs.
