Boca Raton Insurance & Financial Services Firm Accused of Ponzi Scam

Financial Independence President & Ex-Dallas, Texas Financial Advisor Was Barred by FINRA 

Dana Bruce Vietor, a former CFD Investment Services registered representative is under scrutiny following multiple allegations of broker misconduct that have led to customer losses. The latest still pending claims were brought by investors seeking to collectively recover more than $3M in damages.

According to his LinkedIn, Vietor is the President of Financial Independence Corp. in Dallas, Texas. He also is a manager of SRS Management, LLC. 

Barred Stockbroker is Accused of Running Ponzi Scam That Defrauded Elderly Investors

Felix S. Chu, a former NYLIFE Securities registered representative, is currently facing at least two customer disputes in which the claimants are seeking $5,230,000 in damages. Chu was barred by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) last year. He has been accused of running a Ponzi scam involving promissory notes that defrauded investors, including seniors.

Ex-Forest Securities Broker Is Barred By FINRA

Nimmow was recently barred by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) after he sold over $3M in promissory notes from the Woodbridge Group of Companies to 18 investors. Woodbridge is accused of operating a $1.2B Ponzi scam that defrauded 8400 investors. Many of whom were retail investors that included seniors and retirees who lost their retirement money in the scam.
